The Fattoria di Vibio boutique offers its clients the possibility of
receiving, easily and at their own home, packs of products produced by the
farm or selected from small and sought after businesses in Umbria. It is
possible to choose a standard pack and add to it or create your own personalised
pack to send as a gift or to enrich your own table.
First oil

Obtained from Moraiolo olives picked by hand in the last 10 days of October
and pressed with a drip technique with 24 hours of picking. Clear with green
reflections, its perfume emits olive fruit with herb scents. Its flavour
is extremely clean, with hints of artichoke and wild thistle. The development,
depth and the persistence of bitter and spicy tones complete a fine example
of Moraiolo cultivation. Recommended with soups, roast meat and vegetables,
raw meat dishes.
Extra virgin olive oil

Born from a traditional regional mix of cultivation: Leccino, Moraiolo,
Frantoio, picked manually and pressed with a drip technique within 24 hours
of picking. Clean, brilliant golden colour. Rich perfume, good intensity,
fruitful with a light hint of almonds. A mouthful of complete harmony, confirming
an aromatic accompaniment and expressing itself with a dynamic progressive
flavour, characterised finally with a pleasant bitter and spicy sensation.
Ideal on fresh salads, fish dishes and white meat.
Lemon Infused
Oil obtained from the contemporary crushing of olives and selected
untreated lemons. Yellow in colour with green reflections, lightly fruited,
a balance of citrus aroma, it has a pleasant and light taste of fresh lemons.
It is an ideal marinade for seafood and raw fish and the seasoning of bresaola.
Excellent on boiled, steamed of raw vegetables, on pasta with a few leaves
of mint. Try also on salad, particularly recommended with fennel and rocket.
Orange infused

Oil obtained from the contemporary crushing of olives and selected untreated
oranges. Recommended as a marinade for raw fish, for seasoning salads, try
with red radicchio and nuts, with the addition of some chopped orange. Try
on bruschetta with liver pate and bruschetta with black olive paste. Ideal
also with cold pasta dishes.
