Wedding Packages

With over 30 years of experience in hosting weddings of all kinds, we have created 3 options for the spouses to choose from: the SILVER, the GOLDEN and the PLATINUM package, with the aim of facilitating those who prefer to organize their wedding first-hand.

Without having to worry about seeking vendors of each individual service, these packages differ in quantity but not in quality. Everything listed only refers to the wedding day reception in our venue, and it is limited to everything that takes place within Alla Fattoria on the celebration evening.

Thinking of the bigger picture, the coordination and all the aspects related to the wedding organization, please note that some other fundamental tasks are implied, tasks which are not carried out by us, such as:

1. Bureaucracy: whether religious or civil the ceremony will be, it would require document handling and submitting; declarations and paperwork; dealing with the local Registrar’s Office and the Officiant.
2. Ceremony location: choosing the location (municipal hall, church, others); setting the floral decor and sittings.
3. Logistics: hiring transportation companies ensuring all guests arrive safely and on time.
4. Accommodation & logistics: for those guests who are not staying in our resort.
5. Details: choosing favours and wedding gifts and their related packaging; extra floral decor; stationary for the menu, the table sitting chart, ceremony; wedding day plans etc.
6. Any other initiative.

The above are only some of the organizational tasks, that will require time, planning, management, local contacts, and familiarity with the territory.

If you and your guests would like to fully enjoy all of the magic surrounding your wedding, and to fully benefit from your stay at Alla Fattoria, we strongly recommend to appoint a bilingual Wedding Planner: as you may understand, a professional being on the spot would be a minimum and essential requirement in order to care the planning as a whole; of course, Fatima, Alessia and Eleonora, some of the top professionals we have been working with over the last two decades, would be glad to help you. With their style, experience, and familiarity with both our territory and our premises, have always guaranteed the best results with the utmost appreciation and gratitude. The rates shown are calculated for a minimum of 40 participants. In case of less people, such rates may vary.
